FAQ Tutoring – Frequently Asked Questions
Is Tutoring the Right Solution for Me?
Lessons are tailored to fit your requirements and that is one reason 1-on-1 private tutoring is the best way to learn. You (or your child) can learn at your own pace. A customized program will take into account the individual student’s strengths and weaknesses and we focus on what is needed to achieve learning goals.
When tutoring is in-person (as permitted locally), please follow standard guidelines such as keeping more distance than usual from other people, not sharing materials such as pens and pencils, and good hygiene practices such as to washing hands before and after lessons or after coming in from outdoors.
Tutoring Questions and Company Policies
We provide tutors 7 days a week. We can usually work around your schedule and find a tutor to meet your requirements. Most tutors are available after school hours and often on weekends.
Is Tutoring Done At My Home?
Tutoring for children is usually done at home, but we can also meet students at the local library or another convenient location. A parent or responsible adult should be at home when a child is being tutored. We also teach online.
Ensure that a parent or a responsible adult is at home. Tutors are there to teach only and do not take on responsibility for childcare or property.
