30-day Guarantee: If you aren’t completely satisfied with our tutoring services, we can refund any unused tutoring hours for up to 30 days following the date of purchase under our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Tutor Match Guarantee: The tutors we select are specifically matched with a student’s academic goals and requirements. We will, however, consider any reasonable request to assign a new tutor if you are not happy or completely satisfied with the tutor.
Hours Valid for 12 Months: We affirm that purchased hours are good for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can transfer credit to different subjects or tutors or even share credit hours with other students in the family.
